Purpose: Providing that the Secretary of Transportation shall, not later than October 1, 1988, submit to the Congress a study regarding the manner in which the requirement regarding blood alcohol content level impacts on operators of commercial motor vehicles who are required by their employeers to be available to operate such commercial motor vehicle on short notice.Major Actions:
