Proscribes specified acts relative to: (1) forgery, counterfeiting, or alteration of Federal, State, or local government document containing an element of identification; (2) interstate or foreign commerce in any such counterfeited, forged, or altered document; and (3) receipt, possession, use, or furnishing of any such document with intent to secure false official identification.
