Introduced in House (01/04/1977) Amends Title II (Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to provide that any individual who would have been fully insured at age 62, may qualify for disability insurance benefits if such individual has 40 quarters of coverage, regardless of when such quarters were earned.
