Introduced in House (01/14/1975) States that effective from January 3, 1975, the expenses of the investigations, studies, and oversight responsibilities and functions to be conducted pursuant to rule X by the House Committee on Science and Technology, acting as a whole or by subcommittee, not to exceed $426,000 including expenditures for the employment of investigators, attorneys, individual consultants or organizations, and clerical, stenographic, and other assistants, shall be paid out of the contingent fund of the House.
