Prescribes a penalty of up to 10 years imprisonment or a $10,000 fine, or both for an assault, and imprisonment for any term of years or the death penalty for killing a fireman or law enforcement officer. Provides similar penalties for a conspiracy to kill or feloniously assault such persons. (Adds 18 U.S.C. 1116)
